CAD stack in Grissom: description → 3D preview, SVG drawings, design package, STL/OBJ import, FreeCAD/OCCT workflow. Not inside the browser: AutoCAD (proprietary), full FreeCAD app, or full OCCT WASM (too large for this build). Use FreeCAD for true solids, then import.
Prompt drawings & schematics

Describe assemblies, interfaces, or views. Grissom returns dimensioned sheets, schematics, and a parts list for design teams.

FreeCAD / Open CASCADE path

Full open-source solid kernel: Open CASCADE (OCCT) via FreeCAD. Model or refine there, export STL/STEP, import below. Grissom keeps planning + preview + package export.

For full open-source B-rep modeling use FreeCAD (Open CASCADE Technology kernel, open source). Export STL from FreeCAD and import under Spacecraft & CAD.
